They were extremely helpful guiding my dad through finding the right size for his ring that was now too big for him. My dad has early dementia and they made him feel confident in his choice by being respectful and understanding. One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. They also have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry that you won’t find just anywhere. This is the place to go for gifts this Holiday season. Loved it!

Came in looking for an engagement ring. Klaire was quick to help me out. She was very informative where I had no clue coming into it. I felt like I could finally understand how to look for one. The last place I went to showed me a 22k real diamond, that freaked me out like I couldn’t get one. Klaire showed me some that were in the range I wanted to be I will for sure come back to this place for my next splurge for my girl. They were very responsive too.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring here a few months ago. The associates that he met with were so helpful in designing the ring and in the process of getting it made. They worked with him when I was being indecisive about what size diamond I wanted and were able to last minute change the setting to fit what I wanted. They were amazing to work with and the ring is beautiful and high quality!

brought in my dad’s old necklace to be cleaned. They took care of it in about a minute and didn’t even charge me, which was awesome. The staff were super nice and welcoming, and the whole store was really beautiful and fun to look around in. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back again.

Every member of DeVries has always been so helpful and kind. My family has been proud to called DeVries our jeweler for 2 generations.
